New ATS Transparency Data Website

On Monday, June 30, 2014, FINRA will launch the fee-based Professional User ATS Transparency Data product. FINRA previously posted the ATS Transparency Data Website User Guide , which includes details on purchasing subscriber and vendor licenses for the product and information on downloading the data. In addition, an ATS Application Programming Interface document is available to assist users with the electronic download of the data.

Professional users and vendors must return to FINRA a fully executed agreement prior to downloading the ATS Transparency data. The relevant agreements and instructions are available on the ATS Legal Agreements page.
