New ATS Transparency Data Website User Guide Available

In July 2014, FINRA will launch a fee-based professional user ATS Transparency Data product. In anticipation of the launch of that product FINRA is posting the new

, which includes details about how to purchase subscriber and vendor licenses for the FINRA professional ATS Transparency Data product.

In addition, the user guide contains information regarding how professional users will be able to download data manually and programmatically. The announcement of the specific launch date and the posting of Vendor and Subscriber Agreements will be forthcoming in a future technical notice.
