OTC Transparency Data Download and API Guidelines, Due to go Live November 5 2018, has been Extended—A New Release Date will be Announced Soon
FINRA has extended the release of its new OTC Transparency Data Download and API. A new release date will be announced soon. This extension will allow the industry additional time to adopt these changes. In addition, FINRA will be migrating the OTC Transparency Data website to a new infrastructure to improve processing speed and resiliency.
The details of the changes to both the Data Download and API access were previously announced in a Technical Notice on September 4th, 2018. FINRA will be changing column names and the order in which the columns are displayed in the download files.
FINRA will also support a new Application Program Interface (API) to enable access to the OTC Transparency Data.
Updated documents will be provided when the new date is announced.
