Classic CRD & IARD User Testing

FINRA periodically reaches out to industry users to test selected registration system features before they are implemented. Currently-entitled classic CRD/IARD users are invited to join our contact list for future testing opportunities.

To register as a contact, please send a request to [email protected] with the following information:

• Your name
• Firm CRD number
• Email address

Once your current entitlement is confirmed, you will be added to our contact list.

Why participate?

• Contacts receive advance information about new and changed system features before they are implemented. 

• Additionally, participants are offered the opportunity to access a test environment from their own computers. This environment contains an advance copy of the release and allows users to make a hands-on assessment of how their current work process steps may be impacted by the release.

• These are also excellent opportunities for firms to provide their feedback to FINRA staff members that are directly involved in the software development process.
