SEC is politically motivated and should stay out of peoples business. They need to focus on crook billionaires like Musk and others instead of average people. This is USA and we do not want any [REDACTED] telling us what to do.
I oppose regulations that limit small investors ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. This is a basic principle of fairness. Should these vehicles only be available to high net worth individuals? There is enough special privilege already in the system that rigs the system against individual investors. This rule amounts to further theft.
I believe it is my right to choose the public investments for me and my family. Meanwhile, I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies since they provide simple, low-cost and less risky investment opportunities, especially in bearish market. overall, I oppose restrictions on my right to invest

We as average investors should have the right to choose what type of investment and at what risk level to invest, not be subject to government regulation. Governement can play a role however is to educate investors about risk of certain investment vehicle

Individual research is to be responsibility of individual investors with no limitations although sufficient written warnings are acceptable
Please do not add barriers to entry into investments. I do not need protected from myself. These kinds of regulations make class mobility even more difficult.
