These funds are essential to my investment strategies. They are especially helpful during volatile markets and they can help ensure that we protect our assets during market corrections. In addition, these funds can possibly enhance our returns. Please do not restrict or limit our ability to use these funds. Respectfully, I encourage you to allow us to make those informed decisions.
You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities.

If you want Americans to successfully achieve the American Dream through successful means financially and pulling themselves off of their bootstraps do not interfere people should have free will and the right to invest accordingly to their own wishes

The government should stay out of private financial decisions.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any process like passing a test before investing in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
This well intended proposed regulation will force small investors into trading futures contracts in able to hedge or short the market, creating even more risk for the average investor.
Stop this silliness now. This proposed regulation does more harm than good.
Dear Sirs: I am providing the following information in response to the possibility that FINRA is apparently in the process of promulgating restrictions that may cause severe harm to my ability to take advantage of the current system that allows investment in public securities and ETFs.
