Technical Amendment to Section 4 of Schedule A to the NASD By-Laws and to Rule 10308(d) of the NASD Code of Arbitration Procedure; Filed for Immediate Effectiveness

NASD has filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to: (1) amend Section 4 of Schedule A to the NASD By-Laws to re-label a subparagraph that inadvertently was not correctly re-labeled as part of a recent rule filing, and (2) amend Rule 10308(d) of the NASD Code of Arbitration Procedure to provide a title for recently approved rule language and to replace and re-label rule language that inadvertently was omitted in a recent rule filing.
