OTCE Threshold Correction

Beginning on January 7, 2015, Amerossi Energy Corp New Common Stock ("AMRR") was incorrectly disseminated on the OTC Threshold Securities List. Effective June 10, 2015 the error was corrected and the appropriate issue name and symbol, Nadir Energy & Mining Corporation Common Stock ("NENY"), were published on the OTC Threshold Securities List.
