Practical Element CE
Status: Service Disruptions Will Occur
Maintenance Period: Saturday June 6th 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
Description: FINRA’s CE platform will not be available from Saturday June 6th 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). During this period, the following users will be redirected to a SABA system outage page:
- FinPro users with an open Regulatory Element or Practical Element CE window,
- self-enrolled CE participants, including MSRB and FSAWP-designated individuals.
Financial Learning Experience (FLEX)
Status: Service Disruptions Will Occur
Maintenance Period: Saturday June 6th 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
Description: FINRA’s FLEX product will be unavailable while routine maintenance is performed from Saturday June 6th 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). FLEX users are advised to please wait until after 5 a.m. to access the system.
