Description: On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the Annual CE Reminder to complete email notification was distributed beginning at approximately 7:57 AM and concluded at approximately 11:30 PM. Due to a code defect, approximately 103,000 individuals who should have been excluded from the mailing received the notification in error. 

A targeted code fix has been identified and is scheduled for deployment as part of the July 29, 2026 CEP release, ensuring the issue is fully resolved well ahead of the next scheduled Annual CE Reminder to Complete email distribution on October 15, 2026.

Maintenance Period: Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET

Description: On Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM ET, users will be unable to create new drafts for any FINRA Gateway forms (including Form U4, U5, U6, BR, ADV, ADV-NR, and PF) due to planned system maintenance. Existing drafts are not affected and can continue to be worked on during this window. Form submissions are not impacted as this maintenance occurs outside of CRD available hours, during which submissions are not permitted. Service will be fully restored after 9:00 PM ET.
