Purchase FINRA E-Learning Courses and Library Subscriptions

FINRA's e-learning library and individual courses offer training on a range of compliance topics, including anti-money laundering, variable annuities and ethics.

Featured Course: Senior Investor Issues – Financial Exploitation
This course reminds registered representatives that fulfilling their regulatory obligations can help to protect senior investors from financial exploitation. Participants are presented with scenarios to help them learn how to detect situations or “red flags” that might indicate a senior client is being financially exploited. The course was updated in response to the February 2018 implementation of new FINRA Rule 2165 (Financial Exploitation of Specified Adults) and amendments to FINRA Rule 4512 (Customer Account Information). The course is eligible for 0.5 CFP CE credits.
