The Proposed Rule Change Amends the Codes of Arbitration Procedure to Update the Rules Relating to Online Filing of Arbitration Claims

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA") is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rules 12302 and 13302 of the Customer and Industry Codes of Arbitration Procedure, respectively ("Codes") to update the rules relating to online filing of arbitration claims.
