3/25/08
Effective Monday, March 31, 2008, FINRA will offer the TRACE Order and TRACE New Issue Forms in an interactive online format available through the FINRA Firm Gateway. Firms will be able to complete requests for TRACE access or new issues online, streamlining the current process of downloading and resubmitting by email/fax.
Access to these forms through FINRA’s Firm Gateway requires a FINRA Entitlement Program user ID and password. If you do not currently have a FINRA Entitlement Program user ID and password, please contact the Gateway Call Center at (301) 869-6699 for assistance. To help transition firms to the new forms, we have automatically granted your current TRACE administrator(s) who already have access to the Entitlement Program, access to these forms.
If your firm's TRACE administrator(s) require updating, please submit a TRACE Administrator Update Form to FINRA Operations. In addition, if a new Account Administrator is required to file the TRACE Forms, submit the Regulation Filing Application Administrator Account Entitlement Form located at http://www.finra.org/entitlement.
The current PDF forms will remain available on the FINRA Web site for a limited time, to allow all TRACE participants to get a FINRA Entitlement Program user ID and password.
If you have questions, please contact FINRA Operations at (866) 776-0800 or FINRA Operations.
