I am appalled at the suggestion of limiting the free market. I - not regulators - should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privelaged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special processes like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
I have the right to share my views and you are required as regulators to take my comments into consideration when deciding your course of action. Do not do this.
