ORF Data Delivery Plus Fee
FINRA assesses the ORF Data Delivery Plus service fee per each MPID that the firm enrolls in the service. The firm's monthly fee is based on:
the average number of transactions the MPID was a party to* per month over the prior calendar year, which is used to categorize the MPID in one of 4 tiers, and
the number of "Plus" reports (reports for dates
FINRA ORF Trade Journals from October 26, 2023 via ADDS are currently unavailable. FINRA Members may view their trades from previous days by using the TRAQS web application. FINRA is working to resolve the issue and a notice will be posted once the trade journals are available.

From Monday, September 26, 2022, through Friday, September 30, 2022, the FINRA Test Facility (NTF) for the OTC Reporting Facility (ORF) will not include the trade reporting nanosecond enhancements FINRA previously announced. All other ORF testing functions will be available during this week, including TDDS 2.1 data dissemination.

FINRA has been made aware of an issue with clients reporting ORF cross trades via FIX. FINRA is aware of the issue and will institute a solution starting Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Cross trades entered via TRAQS are unaffected by this issue.

FINRA has resolved the issue with ORF transaction messages delivered via FIX and TRAQS. The issue was caused by a trade processor experiencing systemic disruption, resulting in queueing of transaction reports in certain symbols. All queued messages have been processed, and no further action is needed from firms.
