Register as a Vendor in the Compliance Vendor Directory (CVD)
The Compliance Vendor Directory (CVD) enables vendors to save and update their CVD Application Form. Vendors must register with FINRA by completing the following three steps:
First, complete the: FINRA Entitlement Agreement (FEA) Form
The FEA is a legal agreement between FINRA and CVD vendors and must be completed by each vendor.
Next, complete the: CVD Entitlement Form
The CVD Entitlement Form captures individual and company data for each vendor. Only one CVD account may be created per vendor.
Then, submit both documents to FINRA via one of the following methods:

Once your entitlement forms have been processed, you will receive your login and password to access the CVD application form within three business days.
