COVID-19: A Message from FINRA

FINRA will continue to place high importance on facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions for everyone onsite during the event.

As the impact of the Coronavirus develops, we remain informed about the ongoing situation the global, national and local levels. We are monitoring and in constant communication with area Convention Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), particularly our partners at the Marriott Marquis and FINRA’s Senior Management. As necessary, we will update our policies and implement safety measures consistent with the guidance shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We believe it is critically important for our community to remain adequately, properly and responsibly informed on COVID-19. As such, we maintain a COVID-19 page that provides resources for professionals in our community.

Note: As the impact of the Coronavirus develops, FINRA will implement additional health precautions, such as limiting attendance, implementing social distancing measures, and other steps, as needed.

Some sessions will be video broadcast live online. Online participants receive access to all conference materials, and can ask questions in real time. Since recordings of most sessions will be made available on-demand after the conference, participants can catch up on sessions they miss live. Registration for Live Broadcast will open in February 2021.

Accommodations

The following room blocks are available at a special rate until the date listed below or until the room block is sold out: 

  • Marriott Marquis Washington, DC – $343.00 per night, plus tax until Friday, April 30, 2021
  • Courtyard by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center – $339.00 per night, plus tax until Friday, April 16, 2021

Conference fees include attendance to all sessions and conference materials, scheduled breakfast, lunches and receptions.

Conference registration is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time your registration is submitted. You will receive an email confirmation of your completed registration form and payment. Please make sure your registration has been confirmed prior to your arrival onsite at the conference.

Travel Disclaimer: FINRA suggests that you do not purchase restricted or nonrefundable tickets for travel to the conference, especially prior to receipt of your registration confirmation. FINRA assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the conference sell out or in the unlikely event that changes to the conference dates and/or location become necessary.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued either by cancelling your registration online or sending a written request to [email protected] Full refunds will not be granted after March 31, 2021.
