Register as a New Funding Portal

The funding portal membership requirements are set forth in Funding Portal Rule 110. This general guide outlines the substantive standards and procedures for the entire funding portal membership application and registration process.
Before applying to become a funding portal member, it is important that you fully understand all of FINRA's requirements for funding portals. We recommend that you read this section of FINRA.org thoroughly, as well as the FINRA Funding Portal Rules and the SEC’s Regulation Crowdfunding.
Moreover, you must be able to provide, in a timely manner, information that addresses how you will satisfy the standards for admission as set forth under Funding Portal Rule 110(a)(10) as well as other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The FINRA Funding Portal Rules require you to adhere to specified deadlines during the process.
