Extra regulations regarding letfs are not needed as investors are aware of the risks. Investments types should be an equal playing field regardless of net worth.

No one should dictate to me what I can or cannot invest in. Stay out of our business.
I strongly oppose any proposal by FINRA to regulate my ability to invest. The implications of these proposed regulations are insulting and offensive on the surface, implying that investors are not capable of making wise investment decision. Perhaps the ulterior motive, however, is to limit certain PUBLIC investment opportunities to the "ELITE." We don't play that game in the USA and action taken along these lines will be shown to be favoritism to high wealth individuals.
As long as investors of any type have prospectus and disclosure, there is no need to ban leveraged products from the marketplace.

I am totally against any proposals to further regulate these investments. All investors are already aware of the risks involved in these investments and do not need Big Brother interfering with our decisions.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I will literally quit investing without them.
In terms of the risks, many of them are based on broad based indices, i.e. SP500 or DOW. As such, these funds are diversified with just a higher volatility. I understand the risk. In market, many other types of risks such as bankrupt risk, fraud accounting risk, etc is non-exist for leveraged and inverse funds. The biggest risk for these funds are just macro economic risks or regulatory risks.
Please allow me to make my own investments as I see fit without any burdensome regulations
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Thank you for listening.
Dear Regulators,
I vehemently oppose restrictions on my right and the rights of my fellow man to invest in public investments.
The United States is the greatest and richest country in the world because of our freedoms and choices. Capitalism and freedom have raised more people out of poverty than all other systems combined. With our system comes winners and losers, but that has always been true. I ask you to allow us the freedom to succeed instead of forcing everyone to be equally miserable.
I oppose the restrictions on the public to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I believe every type of investment was created to meet some need of the public, and they should be made available to everyone. Losing free access to financial tools such as leveraged and inverse funds will shut more doors to the poor and make the rich richer.
