Darek Templeton Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Its no ones business but my own how I invest my money, and its particularly disconcerting that one of the proposed regulations involves proving that youre wealthy enough to invest.

In response to the threat of regulations regarding cryptocurrency, I would like to say any regulations enforced equals freedom weakened or even loss. Our government needs to downsize , as it is too big and wasteful. Crypto is NOT property of the government nor does it compete to acquire the next bitcoin like the bitcoin miners do. It is a code generated by the blockchain as a reward for completing a block. If the government should be doing anything you should be looking at the technology behind the black chain stop thinking about money all the time thank you
This is supposed to be a free country, That should also be true for investing. We do not need testing imposed on us to invest in public funds. Please do not take away our ability to make money when stocks fall! Did you have to take a test to be a legislator?
Greetings, Thank You kindly
I encourage The opportunities for the general public to be able to participate in Investment opportunities. Towards economical growth. Please. Yes Please.
Leveraged Mutual Funds have been incredibly useful to grow my assets. I would like to continue using that as one of my investment options.
Do not restrict my ability to invest in public securities. This needs to be available to everyone and not just the rich elite.
Just because some people are irresponsible on investing should not interfere with those who know what they are doing. You can't take away leveraged funds it would not be fair. It would be RACIST !
Please don't let regulations get in the way of everyone having access to investments. It's just wrong.
I strongly believe in freedom of trading/investing. There is not much knowledge to have about inverse and other complex ETFs...I dont know how regulators can think this poses risk to public. What poses the risk is limitation of choices for investors. The less choice, the less opportunity to hedge and more losses as a result. For this reason, i ask regulators not to enact this regulation. Thank you very much for your attention.
I have already been blocked out of adding to my investments on certain crypto apps. Why are you preventing me from earning interest on assets that I purchase? you did the same thing when you shut down GameStop trading to cover your [REDACTED] because you had shorted the heck out of it, beyond any reasonable amount. Dont let your greed destroy you.
