Supporting New Hires Through Mentoring and Training
All Enforcement new hires participate in a training and mentoring program, which empowers them to quickly gain expertise by working alongside high-performing lawyers and investigators in a collaborative and innovative environment. We encourage hands-on learning to ensure our new colleagues are well-positioned to excel in their new role.
New hires take part in a comprehensive, role-based training program that features curated internal and external courses, articles, and videos that deliver timely learning content.
New hires are matched with a Peer Mentor to guide them through their first months on the job, put learning into the context of recent cases, and deliver on-the-job training. In addition, new hire cohorts meet regularly and participate in meetings with Enforcement’s senior leadership team throughout their first year to network, collaborate with one another, and gain greater context and insight into the Enforcement department.
