As a Tax professional and mathematician who has spent year working with the SEC - I am shocked. What I have witnessed, and uncovered in the past 7 months goes against our laws. The market as of 7/9 is fixed. Its a scam. You have done nothing because you are in on the scam. We have zero ability to enforce laws that give tiny fines. They get to borrow shares and ruin companies, spread lies all over the internet. Stock pumps are worse than ever. Even decent have gone bad - Seeking Alpha, Motley Fool are Hedge funds toys. FTDs are due, short positions should be closed and made illegal until you can control the process.
