Once again, when the democracts take power all they want to do is take away trading options for the guy. I don't have a pension like you people, us out here have to save and invest to secure our retirements. Now you want to stop the little guy from trading complex products - Proshares. I am currently using these to offset the losses from the market sell offs. Otherwise I have sit back and watch my accounts lose money. Stop taking away are only means of trying to get retirement money. You took away the small accounts ability to do frequent trading by limiting it to $25k and larger accounts. Now you want to take away complex products from us, Inverse funds, maybe even futures. Go after the investment banks which do insider trading, IPOs for high indebted companies which usually go bankrupt in a 1-2 years. Seems your fine with all that. Just leave the small trader alone.
