Comments: I am writing to voice my concerns that the FINRA is proposing limiting access to Leveraged ETFs. I have a strong understanding of the risks involved with L&I funds. I completely understand that L&I funds are for short-term trading and they must be monitored daily, even hourly on certain days. My brokerage firm provides me education, transparency and a risk disclosure before every trade I make regarding Leveraged ETFs. I understand that there are currently more self-directed investment platforms, but all investors should not be penalized because an individual who decides to manage their own money may make uneducated decisions.
