I do not want regulators telling me what I can invest in. I'm fully aware of the dangers of investing in leveraged funds. I read the warning statements and signed that I understood. I'm an adult and would like to continue to be treated as an adult. If you need for me to read and sign the agreement/warning each year I can understand that but not completely removing this type of investment because you don't believe I'm intelligent to understand the words in these warning agreements. Proshares sends investment documents out several times a year explaining the investments and details of these. I don't believe this should be regulated away because a few people do not understand what they are doing. This will always occur. You can't regulate some people into understanding what they are doing.
