Dear FINRA, I was alarmed to learn that you are considering measures to restrict or prevent investors from buying a broad range of public securities which could include leveraged and inverse funds. I have been using these types of funds for well over a decade and consider them an essential tool in managing my portfolio. I do not need or want these changes. I want the freedom to choose my own investments with no interference. Please do not prevent or restrict these products!
