Dear Regulators, I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use those funds to protect my investments. Inverse funds help me to protect investment in case of price of particular index or sector does not perform well. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Regulators do not need these measures imposed on us.
