I am retired and have been investing for 14 years. It has been a learning experience and I invest in some leveraged ETFs, very seldom in inverse funds because I am aware of their danger, and in fact for several years have not chosen to invest in any of them. The leveraged funds however have been helpful to me. I monitor them daily and during difficult market conditions, as right now, I reduce my use of them, in fact they make up only 5 per cent or less of my holdings right now. Their unique strategies add to my choices, and as a free American citizen I ought to have those choices. Do we not still enjoy our "right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?" That is the America I have known and loved. Please do not even consider taking it away.
