another infringement attempt on my freedom. as an adult I have the right to do with my hard earned money as I wish without governments input. I hear you say you are trying to "help" me but when I am in need help you will be the first to know. until then please don't restrict the way I invest my money. if you feel the need to help someone with the way they handle my money there are plenty in DC that need help with wise spending.
