James Stone Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

James Stone

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have been investing since the third grade and have been a licensed broker and am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Regardless of my background this is move is over reach and I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I do not need these measures imposed on me. I do not need a bunch of unelected, under-regulated [REDACTED] telling me how to conduct my affairs.
