Jason Beverly Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

There is no viable reason to restrict access to inverse or leveraged funds from the public. Having been investing my own retirement funds for 20 years I well understand the risks involved. They are an appropriate part of a well balanced portfolio. Hedging and being able to take some advantage of downtrends must not be restricted to professionals and the super wealthy. Anyone with the willingness to understand markets should be able to participate it any investment they wish. Free markets. That is the goal, no? This restriction will only further exacerbate the growing wealth gap and allow the rich to become richer and leave everyone else in the dust. Keep public access public. Thank you.
