Please do not restrict any of the leveraged funds access as I use these funds in an intelligent manner and follow the signal system method ( jason kelly sig system )of buying and selling these funds every quarter based on past performances . These funds can be volitile but when used in a systematic mathematical system they are very rewarding as they just follow the index or commodity . I have been investing all my own funds for about 15 -20 years in self directed retirement accounts and taxible accounts and since these funds became available a few years ago I have incorporated them into my investing as well. I am aware of the risks just as with options etc . More regulation by government groups is totally unnessessary and an infrignment on a free market philosophy . Seems like every time something comes along and others figure out how to capitalize on that then comes more regulation which thinks its helping out but in reality it does not ! We have way too many rules , regulation and hoops to jump through in our society as it is lets start eliminating all these unnessary supposed safeguards. Thank you for your ear.
