Please do not further restrict or regulate public trading in leveraged ETFs. My family uses several leveraged ETFs to smooth our investment risk over time (temporal diversification). Leveraged ETFs are easy and tax-efficient means to increase our investment exposure early in our accumulation phase so that we can take less risk near the end of the accumulation phase. Additional regulation will likely make it harder to find such products, and increase the associated fees due to less competition.
