In this nation it has always been possible for individuals to take risks of varying levels and, in doing so, achieve levels of success that support them, their families and the nation. To limit that in the investment arena is to make children out of all investors. I urge you strongly not to limit or hamper the use of leveraged and inverse funds. I will be following up with my congressman and senator to ensure that any such interference with individual investing strategy will be strongly discouraged.
