Dear Sir/Madam, As an investor, I want to be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged. If I cannot trade those funds (e.g. TQQQ, SQQQ, etc) as needed, I probably have to take on a lot of loss and make huge changes to my investment strategies which also impact significantly on my family's financial future.
