I strongly oppose this measure of controlling investor activities related to "complex products". FINRA shouldn't be stepping on people's toes and trying to tell them where they can and cannot invest. It should be up to individual investors to educate themselves and decide. Instead FINRA can provide the means and encouragement for related education.
