Parker Floyd Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

The government does not have a role to play in setting barriers for entry for market participants, especially those based upon socioeconomic status.

I am surprised, based upon the current political environment where wealthy individuals reap the majority of the centralized benefits, that regulators would elect to further punish citizens not born into wealthy families.

Individuals should be free to make legal investment decisions that benefit their family without the intervention of the government. This step is a particularly egregious overreach that seems to be more about further limiting the freedom of the little guy, like myself and my family. Leveraged funds and ETFs are a valuable hedging tool in my investment strategy. I do not support these additional regulations
