Dear Regulators, I STRONGLY APPOSE the proposed restrictions for my individual use of Leveraged and Inverse funds. By taking away our individual ability to trade these funds, you are handcuffing the people who need this most in the name of protection. We don't need your protection! Let us be responsible for ourselves. You will allow institutional investors to take advantage of all Leveraged, Inverse, and Pre-IPO investments and continue the long time Wall Street way of making the Rich Richer by offering the best tools available to the pros and assuming that all of the rest of us are IDIOTS and don't understand markets. Provide all risk info and let us decide what is best for us. The ones who should be regulated are the wall street cowboys who over leverage and cause extreme market drops caused by liquidating large leveraged positions. Then the government (regulators) bail them out and at the same time you want to choke off the little guys opportunity. I OPPOSE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY INVESTMENT OPTIONS.
