I shouldn't have to go through any special process before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed. Leverage and inverse funds are important for my investment strategies, as they help me protect my overall investments, so I only use them in a portion of my family's overall portfolio.
