I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public,not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I don't need the government to baby-sit me. Furthermore, leveraged and inverse funds help me to hedge my investments and, with the right timing, get enhanced returns when using them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. Concerned Investor
