To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this to voice my concern about the recent proposed legislation to restrict retail investors like myself from participating from LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the elites. I shouldn't have to go through special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. As an investor, I should be to understand and consider the risk by understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks.
