Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am educated, and responsible, well aware of risks.
I shouldn't have to go through any special processlike passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.

I see this as an attempt to redistribute wealth to your cronies on Wall Street from the individual investor. All under the guise of "protecting me" or " doing what's best for me"
