I have been investing - on my own using my own methods - for over 30 years and don't need the Government to tell me how to do it. I fully understand the risks of leveraged and inverse funds and us them diligently as part of a balanced portfolio. I do not need additional regulation imposed on me. In fact, it is my current positions in leveraged inverse funds that is protecting me in the market right now! I'm short and making the money that off-sets the loses from the stogy investments you are trying to limit me too. I am simply making mu own intelligent choices about the trends and directions of any market and investing accordingly. These type of funds play a huge role in my returns. I and the country would be much better served by congress realing their spending habits than limiting investors options to trade and invest in the stock market.
