I strongly oppose regulations that would limit my ability to invest in leveraged funds. I do not feel like I should be required to go through a special process in order to do this. These funds are a fundamental part of my investment strategy, and removing them as an option would cause significant harm to my portfolio, especially with the market down. I understand these investments entail higher risks, which is made abundantly clear. I also feel like I can easily understand the goals of these funds. Please do not remove my ability to utilize them as I see fit.
