Gentlemen: When the rules to invest were changed in 2007,I lost 42.3% of my net worth in 2008-9 which I have not been able to restore/recover. Your threat to change the rules in the middle of the game I take as offensive in a free market environment in which to trade. The great majority of my investments are in ETF's which if restricted in any manner will without doubt devastate my portfolio (again). LEAVE THINGS ALONE !
