I should have the right to be able to choose investments that are right for me and my family - not regulators. Public investments are called PUBLIC for a reason - they should be available to the public not a select privileged group that gets to profit while others miss their chance. I am capable of understanding leveraged funds and their risks and it is my money I am taking the risk with not anybody elses, so I dont understand why I am being asked to jump through hoops and pass tests to be able to invest my own hard earned money. I urge you to please consider how this is going to negatively affect the public and their trust in you as a regulatory authority. If its a public investment, then make it available to the public - period. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
