These regulations should have been in place 30 years ago. It is absurd to me that it took the public gaining awareness of short manipulation, and planned bankruptcy of many great companies by Hedge Funds to even get this on the table.
Wow. Looks like if you enact all of these, you might have some idea of how much you colossally failed to do your job. The total inadequacy of security regulation in the USA should make every past and present employee of these organizations embarrassed.
