Dear Sir,
I have good understanding of leveraged and inverse funds and their associated risks. I think leveraged funds like TQQQ are well suited for my short term and long term investment strategies. And these are available to all of the public and not just the privileged.
Therefore, I oppose restrictions my right to invest in leveraged & inverse funds.
Every individual should be allowed to invest in their future in a
manner of free choice be it real estate or 401k , stocks or Cryptology , Silver or Gold ...

I dont want FINRA to change how I invest in ultra, ulteapro and ultra short shares. These are already difficult times for investors please dont make it more difficult for us by causing changes.

i love the use of leveraged etfs. i find them much safer than trading individual stocks that can implode and never recover
Greetings, Without the ability to trade leveraged/geared funds many main street investors will fall short of a viable savings to retire securely. Given the shortcomings of our elected officials to address fair and equitable Social Security reform it is up to us and the current wide range of investment options to secure our own future.
As individuals and investors is a free market/country we should have the ability to invest in all security with in the stock market with out being restricted.
When you start regulating who can go into Casinos and Gamble then you can come after the stock market. Not Before!
