I use the inverse funds to lower the risk in my long stock investments. I am retired and don't take much risk, so I need the inverse funds to lower the risk.
Please explain why naked short sale reporting has been allowed so many "Fail To Deliver's" for over 20 years and no one from any government agency has done anything about it? If the economy fails because of this regulatory neglect who will pay for the clean up?
How can it possible the price of a stock goes down continuously while there is more buy orders than sell orders ???
It's obvious. Just look at some of the most popular stocks with the most volume. They all follow the same pattern on the chart.
Please apply rules for better transparency and competition in the stock market. Investor will invest more if they believe in the system. Right now it is questionable.
We would like transparency on all naked shorts please (AMC specifically). The hedge funds are cheating and terribly stealing from the AMC share holders. As an investor, I feel hedge funds are exploiting some rules and feel somewhat unaffected by them It would be for the most interest, that the short sales were reported hourly, and in case of borrowing shares, that those shares are accounted and tracked, and blocked for trading for a minimum of 15 trading days before being released again
I would like to see a more open and transparent market with instant short position reporting to the general public. I would also like to see instant reporting of any failure-to-delivers. I think this information should be public to any retail investor. I believe this will help limit manipulation and allow the market to be free and fair.
We need more transparency in the market! No more dark pools. accurate information for everyone including three retail investor. We also need sailors to delivers to happen sooner. We need to crack down on synthetic shorts and unreported information (make the fines bigger) it’s like fraud!
enough is enough. If you are going to short you need to disclose. There is way too much manipulation favoring institutions and market makers. This is supposed to be America where everyone gets a fair shot. As a veteran I beg you to make the markets fair and ENFORCE your rules. The little guy needs you.
