Accurate short sale tracking is important, but it’s only as useful as the information given on dark pool activities. Dark pool existence, and how those exchanges are able to integrate shares into major exchanges is beyond fraudulent. I appreciate your efforts, but share selling will never be put into check until dark pools are eliminated.
Everything related to TQQQ and other leveraged stocks is simple and easy to understand. Limiting who can buy, use, or purchase them would impact investors around the world greatly

i dont see why you would impose or regulate the use of leverage funds. that have a high correlation to an index. or if your using price models that would also be used by stocks..
We should have the right to invest in any public investment without regulation. There should be no requirements to go through for the average American to invest in any above board, public stock.
I am Retired, and manage my IRA myself. I listen carefully to a variety of Investors using TV and Internet sources. I frequently utilize ProShare Leveraged and Inverse Funds in this endeavor. I am fully-aware of the Risks of using these vehicles Long Term. I use them for Short Term Opportunities. I would like to use these Funds well into my Future Retirement Years.
As usual change the rules when the stock market quits going up. Inverse funds help people protect assets during market corrections. Leave things alone please.
