I use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge against losses in my stock portfolio.Investors should be free to choose their investments. They do not need restrictions on what they can buy and sell in their investment account. Mind your own business!
In my opinion. These ETF's are no more risky than any other investment, especially under the current market conditions. When meme stocks and crypto currencies are more volatile and unpredictable than any leveraged or inverse fund. .
You are not serious are you? Retail knows and has improved in understanding stock market more than brokers and agents. This is not needed. They take less risk as it involves their money unlike brokers who use others money to buy.
This is dumb, if I want to invest in leveraged funds, I shouldn't have to be rich or pass a test. Stop looking for problems that don't exist. I can easily lose all my money buying individual stocks or options just as easy.

Investors should not be subject to any regulations or required to take classes/test. Investing in stocks whether leveraged or funds should be allowed to invest regardless of your monetary status. This is a violation of certain freedoms that a investor should have with their money.
